Airtel Cell number not working from almost a month

Cell is not working since 4/9/2018. Tried to take follow up even from nodal officer but even after 26 days, i just hear that they are checking with the concerned team and to wait for some more time. Cell number which is not working now was used from a long time and so was registered with the bank and many other places and so we are facing a lot of problem because of this service interruption. We are seeking compensation for the lost time and mental agony we are going thru. Number is still not working. Please let me know if you want the mail chain with my communication with the Airtel nodal officer.
