Non-refund of Excess Payment issue with Airtel India

Fed up of poor connectivity issue of Airtel, I ported out of Airtel to Jio on 26Feb2018. While approving my port out my balance with Airtel was (-) 400 cr as I had paid extra to ensure no excuse to Airtel for refusal of port out request. I got an SMS on 06March18 informing of Airtel bill of Rs 991.80 which got paid out of my bank a/c as an autopay. It was impossible to have a bill of that much as I had credit balance of Rs 400. I tried hard to check bill details but since my Airtel account was deactivated by them, I could not get details. Since there is no way to complaint or reach Airtel, I posted complaint on Airtel India page of Facebook where I was assured of "looking into..." but to no avail. Airtel has not kept any provision of mail id for customers to revert to them except through their App (which has some pre-set queries only to select from). My repeated request for refund or atleast the details of the bill has remain unanswered. Kindly help me get refund of Rs 991.80+400 paid extra earlier and compensation for undue harassment.
