Dear Sir,

I have the complaint against Airtel Digital TV as my customer ID 3006348316 regarding some channels are not responding after recharged value and after so many reminders to company executives on customer care my problem not resolved till date complaint reference No is 999734172.
Airtel team made call to me 3-4 times for the same issue and also assure to resolve it ASAP. even they are asking to pay charges to resolve this issue also.
Sir if its network problem or any technical issue with particular channels (AAJ-TAK & ND TV INDIA)when all other channels are responding properly, why they are asking to pay to me to resolve this issue.

Request to look in to matter.
