Dear Sir/madam,

1. please refer Your order no #100001196 on 24x7 fresh.in e-marketing website.
2. I placed the order on 11th April 2016 and made online payment using paytm gateway.
3. Despite writing to them, they have not started delivery and neither giving refunds.
4. I request for your direction to the firm to do the needful.
