Mobikwik Called back HP offer

I got a HP laptop in November 2015. As an offer I was entitled to get Rs.350 cashback benefit through Mobikwik for every add cash transaction of same amount for a period of 6 months. Now after four months of getting this offer, Mobikwik is saying that they discontinued this offer. Mobikwik is not supposed to call back the offer between the deadline without any good reason.
