Sir,
I had ordered a Battery power bank on 03/10/2016 via online shopping (Whaaky.com). An amount of Rs 799/- had been paid by me through State Bank Of Patiala Net Banking. I had received the confirmation mail also on the same day from CITRUS PAY.

For the last 20 days, I am continuously writing emails at support@whaaky.com for the delivery schedule of the ordered product. But failed to get any response.

I had also tried calling on Whaaky's toll no-040-66228282 & 9533495334. No response again.

The vendor is a doing cheating/ fraud via online shopping.

Please take appropriate action so that the other people may not get trapped.

    I had ordered a 43 COTTON TROUSSER on 24/04/2016 via online shopping (Whaaky.com). An amount of Rs 799/- had been paid by me through ICICI,BANK, KHAMBHALIA Net Banking. I had received the confirmation mail also on the same day from CITRUS PAY.

    For the last 5 days, I am continuously writing emails at support@whaaky.com for the delivery schedule of the ordered product. But failed to get any response.

    I had also tried calling on Whaaky's toll no-040-66228282 & 9533495334. No response again.

    The vendor is a doing cheating/ fraud via online shopping.

    We have ordered a syska power bank on via online shopping (Whaaky.com). An amount of Rs 1099/- had been paid by me through COD..at first they have delivered some local non branded power bank which was even damaged..

    For the last 2 months, we are continuously writing emails at support@whaaky.com for the refund of payment...but no one from their end is responding..

    I had also tried calling on Whaaky's toll no-040-66228282 & 9533495334. No response again.

    The vendor is doing cheating/ fraud via online shopping.

    Please take appropriate action so that the other people may not get trapped..
