Dear Team
I have ordered 5 combo shirts of worth of R's 999/- including all charges online from www.buffersales.com by order no OID183665 as on 04 jun 2016 with cash on delivery option ,I received order as on 06 June 2016 & made payment to courier as per case on delivery option ,but shirts received are of all different size & one of the shirt is damged on shoulder & all five shirts are of poor quality . I tried to contact customer care no of website but numbers either switch off or busy or not reachable then I quickly called to courier which delivred me pack and inform him that I have received faulty shirts he told me that he is not responsible for product & can't get you refund & told me to send mail to customer care of website , so i mailed my complaint through my mail id to companies customers care's emailid i.e. ccbuffersales@gmail.com , I have received complain ticket no as 52527 from companies customer care emailid. which is as below

Dear team I want know should I wait for companies response or log a complaint on website & on courier company which deny his responsibility which (Courier Company ) is also act a mediator and played important role to delivered product and collected money from me.
please help me ASAP .
