Non delivery of exchanged product purchased online

I had purchased 3 pairs of shoes from the said website. I received the delivery but the fit of shoes was not proper so I returned and ordered for 3 other pairs of shoes in return. I have not received delivery for the same even after the maximum period of expected delivery has passed and after requesting for it by sending mail to the official mail address.
I want the my money back along with compensation as I the reason I wanted those shoes does not exist any long. Hence I don't want the shoes but my amount and compensation for playing such fraud and malpractices and annoyance.
