I was purchase a Bata shoes in april 2016
I don't have bill with me
I approach to shpkeeper to provide me duplicate bill they are not providing
now shoes is not in good condition i said shop keeper for warrenty but they are asking orignal bill
i dont have orignal bill with me
can youplease assist me what should i do now
