Fastag not working

I had bought fasttag from airtel, number - 34161FA820328AA202CF2B00. My airtel wallet balance was short of the minimum account value of 150 , so I recharged it on 4/1/2020 at around 9 am to refill the amount.With this recharge my amount became , 150 (min balanace) + 170. But even after the recharge my account styaed blacklisted and did not work in any of the toll booths till now. Due to which I had to pay double the toll tax on the toll booths and had lot of issue arranging cash on the road. I had called them at night aroung 8 pm but no one from the customer service helped me. I was traveling with a pregnant lady with me and she had to suffer a lot of trouble because of their poor services. I want a compensation of 100000 due to poor service and trauma caused to me and my family and want immediate cancellation of their distribution of fasttag since they are unable to cater the requirements of the customers.
