Deducting amount from main balance

As I have recharged with 399 rupee pack in which I had to benefited unlimited calls for 84 days. Now the Customer care providing me information that this pack is valid for only 35 days which in inappropriate from customer point of view. After 35 days my balance is deducting from main balance. I have recharged with 6 rupee pack of message pack for 10 days validity. Again the same problem. It is deducting from main balance. For the past 15-20 days I am keep calling to Customer care and they are not helping me.
