Complaint aginst amazon.in for price charged more than mrp

i purchased brooke bond red label tea leaf 1 kg from www.amazon.in, price on product is Rs. 340/- while amazon charges Rs. 360/-, i have also done an email to amazon but no solution has been done.
My problem is how a foreign company can sell the item from more than mrp
