Complaint against amazon.com a popular shopping website Fraud return policy

Dear sir, I received my phone (YU phoriya 5010A) order on 23-10-2016 from amazon.com a popular shopping website. On date 27-10-2016 I found that phone has problem with battery charging.
They have return policy within 7 days of purchase.

I called to their customer care for return product but they ask me to go YU phoriya service center, and due to dewali vacation it was close up to my last product return date.

My issue is that sir:-
1. Why they have fraud return policy,they do not count holidays in product delivery time(days). But they count holiday in returning policy days.

2.why they did not create return request when I call them whinin product returning days

Relaxation (I Expected) :-

1.at least they have replace my product phone.
