complaint against airtel bank regarding fasttag

HI,
I book a FASTTAG ID 34161FA820328AA202544740 from AIRTEL BANK on 14 dec 2019.I paid 450Rs., that I had not delver to me till date but I got a msg that fasttag has been deliver to you kindly activate it I call to 400 customer care for same concern but they suggest me to mail and I am continually mailing to them on daily basic but no reply (except auto reply) from their side to resolve my query and I approach so many time to airtel via 400 (helpline no.) they not respond well only suggest me to mail.
As govt. mandatory fasttag else no benefit of 24hrs and also double cost for same toll and my nearest toll is at mitrol palwal which is normal cost rs.105 for single journey for same I had paid 210 rupees that ultimately impact on my pocket.
I AM NOT ASKING ANY WAIVER from them I am asking my MONEY & I will buy fasttag from other service provider as I don’t want fasttag from them as first impression (worst) is last impression.
I felt so many days mental stress because I paid extra maoney as well as time because of poor airtel service service.
Please help. I want compensation and hefty fine on AIRTEL.
PLEASE HELP TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
