Not refund money broadband service from Airtel on sixmonth advance rental plan

7034951845 on this number 26th December 2017 I took new broadband service from Airtel on sixmonth advance rental plan . But 14 th March 2018 disconnect my connection. so according 6 th month advance rental plan I should get back approx 2 month money. But now they are asking for document. but they also have recieving document which they are denied. Also they are not providing closing clearance latter to customer. I complain applateauthority too but they are not replying anything about it. So how i can get back my money?
