Number not activated and false promises by Customer Service Executive

I requested for Mobile number portability from vodafone prepaid to Airtel Prepaid on 29th June 2018 at Sector-14 gurgaon Branch.
on 5th July i received an SMS stating "Dear Customer, your porting request for mobile no. 9990071700 to airtel has been validated by Vodafone(GSM). the number will be ported in to Airtel by 5th July 2018 10:00 PM. once your mobile displays no network, please insert the Airtel Sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details".
on July 5th, 2018 10:00 pm mobile displayed no network and as mentioned in the SMS i inserted the Airtel SIM and to my surprise it too displayed no service. on 6th July i called Airtel and asked them why there is no service on my number and they said sir there is a service window of Maximum 7 days to port the number and we cannot take any complaint before that so you will have to wait till July 7th 2018.
now on 9th July 2018 the number still says no service and on calling to airtel they are not ready to listen and are asking sir it will take another 24 hours there is some issue with your number. i asked them why is it taking so much time they confirmed that your number was ported from post paid to prepaid and it takes time. i informed them that my number has been ported from vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid. the supervisor was also speechless with false info. they did not give any resolution and said you will have to wait for 24 hours thats all we can do.
