Complaint about snapdeal online purchase extremely painful to inform you stolen from you

Dear Managing Director,
I am Asha Agnihotri, your very old customer from Snapdeal's birth in India. It is extremely painful to inform you that whenever I try to order something during festival time on Snapdeal, my joy of purchase is always stolen from you. This time I ordered something very small but very imp for me. I got the confirmation of order on 10th October itself & then time to time progress about the delivery date. One day during this period on 15th Oct ,I got call from your helpline mentioning that my written address is incomplete. I told them in last 6 years , I am receiving products on the same address so from my side i never typed any address on my own. Still once again i reconfirmed the address & the person called venkat said Ok you will get the product in 24 hours. I did not get the product instead I got the call again on Sunday 16th by Prasanna saying my address is incomplete & hence product is still not sent. He mentioned that now instead of Rs 251 now I will have to pay Rs299. When I asked why? He said because my address was incomplete. I was shocked & I had heated argument with him & I told him please transfer this call to your senior manager. Then he said OK Do not worry please pay Rs 251only, you need not talk to my senior. I thought after so much bad experience , in a day or two I will receive my product. But to my surprise today at 1.15am, I got a mail form you/Snapdeal mentioning "Delivery of your package could not be completed due to which your order has been cancelled. No further action is required from your end.
After this message ,Let me tell you I have a feeling of getting Cheated & As a customer I feel Snapdeal just don't care for old/new or any customer. Tell me what is the point in having so much communication? As usual my joy is taken away forever. Instead of sending silly mails to us requesting to write about Snapdeal purchase experience ,Why you just can not give us our product on time to the committed price?
I am surely writing about this experience everywhere including in News papers.
I further request you to send me my committed product for committed price with immediate effect .
Please stop cheating your customers.
