On 31 st Jan, I selected my own pack of monthly charge of rs 407 and accordingly charged rs 410. But, from 2 nd of feb'19, I m Unable to see any of the channels.
Continuously, I m following up with customer care, but till date it's not resolved. Although, every day, my account balance going down.
It's really great harrasment and beyond any expectations.
