Complain against Airtel broadband connectivity problem not resolved

Hi,

I have been a user of Airtel Broadband since more than 2 years. The connection is in my father's name. For a connectivity issue I have been calling the CC since 3 weeks,the CC executives are giving false assurance of raising tickets and completing them within stipulated time, however they are not sincere to their work. After following up so many times at my own telephone cost, tickets are raised, but the work is not assigned to the concerned responsible engineer to solve issue and the tickets are closed without resolving the issue. Every time I call up I am redirected to a different CC executive and every time I have to explain the whole problem again. Its been 3 weeks and there is no permanent resolution to my problem. This is high time that I am writing here against Airtel service provision.
