On 4th january 2017, I have visited Airtel Sakchi office to change my post paid no into prepaid and at the same time I have been advised to visit Airtel office between 12-16th jan to submit my request. Accordingly on 14th Jan 2017, I have visited Airtel Ranchi (Main Road) office and submitted all the required supporting document. At that time I have informed that within 3-4 working days your new SIM will activate and you may start using it. unfortunately that SIM was not activated in 3-4 Days and then I have visited Airtel Sakchi office on 20th Jan 2017 to request for SIM activation. I was surprised to know that the SIM I have been provided by Airtel Ranchi was not a supportive one and then at the same time Airtel Sakchi provided me the new SIM with a comitment that the SIM will get activated in 2-3 Days. after that Till date I have visited Airtel Sakchi Office more than 50 Times and received approx 10 SIM cards but not a single SIM get active.now the situation is like that neither I am getting any positive response from Airtel Sakchi office nor they are picking phones.I have made huge loss in my daily working since this is the only no circulated everywhere. I am requesting you to kindly arrange to provide me the new SIM with Same no 8458030011 as soon as possible.
