Airtel network not coming, airtel sim shows no network

my airtel sim shows no network on august 14, 2018 and august 15, 2018 for few hours. On august 16, 2018 at 8am phone shows no network again. i went to airtel store at bahu plaza jammu, they chnaged the sim and chargedd me money and said it will work in 4 hours. i mailed to 121@airtel.com many times about the issue but they said issue has been resolved but this is not true. network comes around 9pm on auagust 16, 2018 but at august 17, 2018 around 8am again network shows no service. my courier return didnt able to contact me which i put on return of rs approx 3000. they are mentally harassing me as i am paying airtel rs 470 every month. please give me compensation.
