Airtel India Internet Service is pathetic

I am getting worst 4G speed from last 3 weeks. Already complained to airtel. They have just forwarded a copy paste message and it is more than a week now but my complaint is not resolved.
I have paid for the services and it is my right to get what i have been promised by the company.
I request to take appropriate action against the company and compensate me as per thr rules.
