Airtel DTH Recharge not done and charged me 650 rs for installation

Dear Airtel,

I recharged my connection 3 days back rs.480 and still my set top box not recharged, 2 days back I talked to your customer care executive she said it will be done soon, but it's not.
Before somebody came to fix my connection for relocation and charged me 650 rs.

What kind of service you are giving.
