Aircel sold by saying wrong offer scheme.

Sir,
I have bought an Aircel sim when shopkeeper said to about offer that your will calling will be free for one month in any network but didn't get so.
Now shopkeeper is not giving response , she is lady and talking loose with me.
Please register my complaint & do the needful.
Complaint Against / To: Laxmi mobile in front of Ultra Tech Cement (Aditya Cement Works,Adityapuram, Chittorgarh.
