Regarding refund of my money and Bhavya Zerox and mobile corner

I had purchased a jio sim by giving 250 rs to this shop on 31st august. The shopkeeper told thai it would activate within 10 days. But it was not activated till date.Many times i visited the shop they tell me wait for 3 to 4 days. The last time i visited for my refund they refuse to give money back and even not talk properly and said that go and complain anywhere.
