Money debited from Bank account, but Ticket not issued

Sir,
On 4th May , I was doing reservation on SpiceJet From Durgapur (RDP) to Mumbai (BOM) . My IDFC account was debited with Rs 7336/- successfully . Although PNR generated , but Ticket not generated. I have approached Spice Jet Customer Care Immediately and she told the ticket not generated because of non payment. From that day onwards, I raised the issue with both My bank and Spice Jet simultaneously, but nothing happened. Refund was not done till date.
Please lodge my complain and help me to refund the amount.
