Failed to reschedule tickets for no communication

PNR-UFQY3B & PNR-OEIK6E got cancelled by airline illegally without any intimation. However I tried to communicate them since 22-Nov-20 but failed. They neither responded on mail nor picked up phone calls.

I lost my father on 20-Nov-20 and tried to rescheduled the same but due to their carelessness I loose my money. I visited their Kolkata office and the office In-charge Ms. Ananya Mukherjee admitted and accepted the same problem and also confirm me that I am legally correct on this ground of not to travel and GoAir can't dismiss my tickets.

I want full refund with penalty as wasting of time and money to visit their office or else they will reschedule in a future date as per my availability without any cost.
