Sir, with due respect I lay down few lines for your kind cooperation and favourable action please.
I book two air ticket for my parent from Kolkata to Bengaluru on 13 Dec 2016. The booking Ref is X4W3QR and booking ID is 122610243335. The company deducted 150 ruppes for convenience Fee Net Banking. When our Prime Minister advice us to make digital/ online payment in which govt also announced incentives for online payment. In this condition Indigo authority change 75 ruppes/ passenger to book ticket through internet banking.I forward my complain to refund said amount from Indigo authority.

    Hi Team,

    My Journey was on 14th Dec 2016 PNR no. Z4M2TR from amd to bom.

    I completed the journey successfully. But on 19/Apr 2017 they additionally deducted the amount from my credit card.


    This breaks my trust to use credit card on any travel booking website please refund the amount of 1500


    Or should I complaint in consumer court
