Air India did not return my money after ticket cancellation

Respected Sir/ Mam,

I am a senior citizen. This is to bring to your notice that I have been cheated by Air India even after being a frequent flyer.

I had booked two tickets from Delhi to Tokyo, Japan (on 18th September 2019). PFB the ticket details:

Travel Date: 18-Sep-2020

The refund amount is around 1.5 lakh rupees. This is very stressful for me. I have complained to Air India multiple times but they tell me wait for sometime. And then few days later they say it is already refunded. Then I wait for some more time and when the amount is not refunded I call them back, they say please wait for some more time. This has been continuing since more than 9 months now and it is really painful for me that I have to chase Air India for my money at such an old age.

Please help me to get my money back from Air India as they are not giving it to me.
