Multiple deductions for same flight and Shocking Refund of 31 Rupees!

i was trying to book a ticket for the flight on 30th Oct.
i processed the payment several times for which i had not received any transaction confirmation.
Meanwhile i booked the ticket in another airlines and then noticed that the following mail is there in my inbox.(BOOKING REF: 0LPF2B)
i got this cancelled immediately after noticing the next morning. out of all transactions, only INR 31 was refunded!!! NO ISSUES!! YOu have a refund/cancellation policy.

i am shocked to see that i used another account also for transaction and that was also debited (INR 2406 - transaction ID: 163025347157) for the same flight!! NO SMS... NO MAILS... nothing!!!

when contacted bank, the payment was confirmed to GOAIR for the same day. They convinced us that i must contact you for the refund. i got a refund message of INR 31 (REF-CITRUSGO-104752192939117-28/10/16).

I REQUESTED THEM TO PLEASE REFUND THE FULL PAYMENT AS IT'S A MISTAKE OF YOUR PAYMENT/BOOKING GATEWAY.

PLEASE REFUND THE FULL PAYMENT AS I AM SURE YOU CANNOT CHARGE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME FLIGHT FOR SAME PERSON.
