No service in spite of payment, Dittotv had cut subscription fee from my network

Dittotv had cut subscription fee from my network prepaid account twice for Rs.20 , total Es 40 , but I am not able to view dittotv. Also if I logon to my account , I see no payment against subscription plan. Rs. 40 is debited from my phone balance on dec 15 2016.
