Harrasment from Flipkart for replacement of a product , if washing machine

I have purchased a ifb washing machine from Flipkart on 10 th June , they have delivered on 18/06/2018.but the product given me has many scratches, and also a used , old product .then I have applied for replacement on 19/06/18 , but they have not yet pickup the old one and delivery the new one.when I contacted with them , they are not cooperate with me.i need a early resolve.

    I had ordered dn mass mutation 5lbs from healthkart which I received on 29.07.2018. Initially when i received the order i did not notice that the tape with which it was sealed was half healthkart tape and half tape was normal transparent tape. When i opened the vessel i was shocked to see the vessel half empty. I will definitely go to the consumer court. Coz this is our hard earned money not to waste like this with cheaters like you. I would recommend every one not to buy any products from healthkart. They are cheaters. I would suggest my friends and relatives not to order any products from healthkart. Customer care is saying our product is government recognised. Did they taste the product before sending. It was a completely fake product I had consumed that product earlier & I could make out it was fake product.
    Help me Refund my money back.
