Sir,
I have recharged vodafone no. 9538400289 topup Rs.399 on 15/5/2018, i have used a software from seva sindu-digitalseva, 1st time recharge transaction failed red alert message displayed on screen saying that error, please retry again,2 times i tried to recharge the same message came, but 3rd time i tried it was successful message came but 2 times failures attempt amount has been deducted from my wallet Rs. 399+399, deducted amount not refunded after 1 week i enquired with vodafone they said all 3 times transactions are success but 1 time transactiuons talktime amount Rs.399 has been credited to customer no.9538400289, immediately replied through email and raised complaint to cancel other 2 transactions so that i can collect refund from our cscportal, they are not ready with cancel 2 transactions, they not ready with credit 2 times balance talktime etc. i wrote complaint through email named to Zonal manager, but customer care executives are not ready to connect / inform/direct email id to forward the same complaint to them. specially told them without my permission the balance Rs.798/- talktime should not credit to the same mobile no. on june 1st against i raised oral complaint one Mr. Anilkumar said i will get refund After deducting 18% tax amount and refund balance amount to my wallet from where the online transaction happened, but it was already i week no reply no refund, they are playing, customercare non of the numbers to speack executives won't come to line all reacorded message keep on on thatsit.
Please request you to help me to get my refund amount Rs.798/- with penalty and oblige.
