I am common serviceman. I bought a phone of your company, model HTC desire 826, of worth 27000 RS and 27000 Rs is not a small money which I spent on your company because of its brand and its quality. But what I got from your company a very big disappointment, worst quality and worst service.
I bought this phone 8 months back and after one month of buying this phone It started creating problems.There are many problems with this phone after using this phone I can say this phone is a problem.
After one month what I found that its screen goes black out without any reason and it goes for 4-5 minute so I thought It might be a software problem then I contacted to customer service of HTC and they told me to do hard reset of my phone and I followed the instruction and I did the same. Problem was fixed only for 7-8 days and after 7 days it started again and causing the same problem with another problem of overheat. Phone temperature goes to 50 degree centigrade while charging without running any application. It becomes very difficult to hold the phone. I again contacted to customer care and they told me again that Please do a hard reset. It has been 8 months of using this phone but I have done 10 times hard reset of this phone. One hard reset in one months.
Is that for I spent 27000 Rs on this phone ?
There are so many problems with this phone, problem of overheat, problem of sound, problem of screen and auto rotation, phone goes in Car mode and auto rotation automatically, Its speaker turns onn automatically while calling, and 3 days back Its screen goes blackout for 2 days without any reason. I faced so many problems because my office contact number was connected with phone. Is this I am getting of spending so much money on branded company like HTC.
Dear HTC, this is not only about the money this is about quality and service. If I wanted to buy a phone with half of the price of this phone I am sure I may get a phone with better configuration and specification than HTC. But I was a fool because I choose HTC, I thought it ll provide me brand, Quality and service but I was a fool.
I had submitted my phone to service center for 8 days and after repairer(replacement of main board ) what I got, my camera is not working properly, I contacted to customer care and again I did a hard reset but problem is not gone. While taking pictures with flash, pictures comes in pink colour. What the hell is this ? Is this for I had submitted my phone to service center. This is the worst service which I got from any service provider.
I spent to much money on this phone and now I am getting this. Going to service center is not easy for me , It cost me around 1000 Rs for one time visit. Who is going to refund that. Will Htc refund it ? I have visited to service center 4 times and total 4000 Rs is spent on this phone to getting fix while it is in service warranty. will Htc refund it?
I am very frustrated from your service and now I am going to sue HTC in consumer court.
Dear HTC, I want to tell you one thing We have money but we have not time for going to your service center in every month for fixing my phone. We all not buy the phone for taking them to service centers.
with all this saying, I want to say that I am done with your phone, I have faced many problems now I want replacement of my phone. It is in under warranty. I want a replacement and just nothing.
