lenovo a6000 plus battery problem.

I bought lenovo a6000plus mobile on 13th may 2015.first 7/8 days was ok but after that battery backup problem found in mobile.battery is getting discharge very soon even if I am keeping it in my pocket normal,within 30 min.it is discharging 15%.so I have to keeping in charge always.and battery is become hit while charging also.within 2 hours battery is discharging 40/45% in normal.so kindly suggest me what to do next.I am waiting for our ans.
