Faulty 1.5 ton Split AC, I am taking all kind of physical mental & financial harassment for your

In continuation with my earlier email chain, I ones again request you to read this email in chronology and do the needful at the earliest as I am taking all kind of physical mental & financial harassment for your fault as under

i) The 1.5Ton Hitachi split AC model no.ZUNOH200F was purchased on March19-2015 and had problems and on reporting the same model was replaced on May 9-2015 and a new split AC model no.ZUNOH200F was supplied and installed 09.05.2015.
ii) The replaced unit also had problems and the same was rectified and it is for the first time that suck a branded AC had to be rectified with GAS within a year.
iii) The unit supplied to me was faulty as stated by me in all my complains since beginning and were rectified by your authorized service personals against my complains free of cost.
iv) The unit again developed problem this year and the complain was lodged on 05.07.2018 twice wide complain no. 18070500671 and 18070505822 at 10.05am & 8.00pm respectively.
v) Your service team has visited on 05.07.2018 and had charged me Rs. 5140/ (Rs.5340 –Rs200 for my old part) and the fault is yet not been rectified. (A copy of the bill is enclosed for your reference).
vi) Now I have the following request as under
a) Get the unit fully fit by sending your competent Engineer immediately.
b) Get the unit thoroughly checked up to avoid any further trouble in next two seasons as the unit supplied to me was faulty in its performance since the beginning.
c) Refund the money paid to your service team immediately to me.
d) Extend the guarantee on the unit for its trouble free performance for the summer 2018 & 2019.
And in case of an adverse report by your inspection team for its thorough check up, replace the unit immediately.
In case I do not find an amicable Solution as proposed by me at point no.vi), I will be forced to refer the matter to District Consumer Court against M/s HITACHI INDIA and INFINITIRETAIL for quick disposal of the matter.

I had purchased a 1.5T Hitachi Split AC model no. ZUNOH200F (HITACHI – ONE OF THE MOST TRUSTED BRAND IN AC MARKET IN INDIA) on dt. 19.03.2015 & was installed on 31st March /1st April by their own people. The purchase was made from M/s CROMA Aditya mall Indirapuram (ANOTHER MOST TRUSTED BRAND IN ELECTRONICS RETAIL MARKET).

The unit started troubling since the start of its use from last week of April / Ist week of May 2015.

After several complains to CROMA and HITACHI and after repeated visit of their authorized service team could not be resolved, HITACHI authorized teams, HITACHI finally decided to replace the unit with a new AC unit in May 2015. The packing of the replaced unit was open at the time of delivery and was inform to M/s Croma who at that time started that it is brand new unit and packing had been opened for testing.
I had been supplied with a defective AC (1.5T Split AC of HITACHI brand from CROMA.
The unit was replaced in May 2015 worked for the summer season & started troubling in next summer season when I started using the unit ie April 4th 2016.
I had logged complaint for the same and after repeated follow up it was checked & the defect was rectified as an obligation as when the machine was out of guarantee period as per their system. And I have to live for almost a month without Air Conditioning even after paying for it.
Again the AC unit started troubling in next summer season of 2017 and again after repeated complains and follow up, they sent their technician and got it rectified.
And again the unit started troubling in the summer seasons 2018 and again the same complain and follow up lead to depilation of their technician for rectifying the damage. And the personal charged me an amount of Rs. 5140/ after deducting of Rs. 200 for my old part on dt. 05/07/2018.
Now my request to the Court is under
1) The CROMA & HITACHI had jointly conspired and provided me with a used and defective unit with open packing intentionally while replacing the first defective unit
2) Put a penalty for cheating the customer on CROMA and HITACHI both with instruction to advertise the same in two National Dairy for not cheating the customer in future.
3) Ask HITACHI /CROMA to replace the unit with a new unit which will have a defect free operation for two summer seasons, OR Ask HITACHI/CROMA to refund the money paid to their service personal and extend the defect free guarantee for trouble free operation for two subsequent summer seasons and
4) Can both M/s CROMA and M/s HITACHI submit their explanation that their guarantee for one year that too from the date of delivery of first unit and if that is true and acceptable, they can take a customer for a ride and make the guarantee information by replacing a defective unit with another defective unit 3 or 4 times and the guarantee is expired as it is from the date of delivery of first unit,
5) Ask them to submit the Annual statement for 2015,2016,2017 as to how many 1.5T split AC unit manufactured M/s HITACHI and sold in NCR have started troubling the customer from second season. That will prove that the unit supplied was faulty & defective.
6) Similarly ask CROMA to submit the statement of 1.5T split AC unit sold by them in NCR and how many of them started troubling in 2nd season.
7) Pay a mental harassment and loss of service of the unit charges of Rs. 10000/ per year amounting Rs. 40000/ as I am a patient of Kidney Transplant who can not take this much pressure.
8) Advertiser their terms of guarantee in big font so as to be clearly understood by the buyer
9) Instruct the retailer to explain the terms of guarantee in retail to the buyer.
10) Fix a time frame for resolving any issue within guarantee / extended guarantee period.
11) Guarantee should never mean from the original date of purchase of unit best the date of delivery of replaced unit as the costumer had already suffered due to faulty machine.
