I have booked the ticket on 30th May 2017, but the ticket was not issued and money got deducted. Since from that day the response regarding the refund has been very inactive and full of excuses. Now it's been more that 2.5 months still no help from the redBus side. It's been lot of mental harrassment as they every time on call promise that the refund will be done tomorrow but still no refund.
