Dear Sir
I had purchased Lumia 1520 in November 2014 (which got swapped after six months). Now I'm facing the problem with battery backup. I was looking for a new battery for my device but couldn't find it in my Delhi/NCR region. Kindly tell me how correct it is that a company sells a phone worth Rs. 50,000 but don't make their batteries / spare parts available. Do they want us to buy such expensive phone and throw it in one year?
Around a month back when I called Nokia / Microsoft care the executive told me to buy a local battery or battery from grey market....... Is it right?

Then after repeated follow ups and putting my problem on Social networks (Facebook & Twitter) ON THURSDAY i.e.26/05/2016 I received a call from the customer care assuring me that my battery will be dispatched soon and I will be informed accordingly. But after waiting for couple of days I contacted them and I was surprised to know that THEY (MICROSOFT CUSTOMER CARE) HAS CLOSED MY COMPLAINT JUST BY SAYING THAT THE BATTERY IS NOT AVAILABLE. I STILL KEPT ON TRYING TO CONVINCE THEM THAT THIS IS NOT FAIR. BUT THEY NOT READY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM BECAUSE SELLING SUCH HIGH VALUE PHONES WITHOUT GIVING US SUPPORT JUST AFTER ONE YEAR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. DO YOU THINK IT IS CORRECT?
