Hi Team,
I have registered complaint in August 2018 with my registered mobile number 9823243786,however, the issue is not resolved yet. My Videocon LED of 32" I am not able to view pictures.
Service engineer Abhijeet visited my place(Sayyed Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune) on 31st Aug 2018 and took service charge Rs 650 from me and when I am trying to contact him he is not even responding.
Is this the service Videocon provide to the their customers? I am really frustrated.
When I called customer care, they are saying the back light part is not available yet, I am wondering the company like Videocon they do not have product since more than a month.
If you are not eligible to provide proper service then why you are selling your products?
I want immediate resolution otherwise I am going to file legal case against you. I want to escalate this to the higher authorities of your company. Please call me on 9096564669 to discuss further.
