Dear Sir,
I am mostly purchase by online Shopping portal, and last April i purchase a Speaker from Snapdeal shopping portal when they deliver me that product that day no body in house and they drop the package on my door step and when i come at home i found that Product not that which i order and also it's a old and demage piece of other company. I want to ask snapdeal that delivery man deliver such package like that they come to deliver and deliver me without any receiptant Sign. that's very bad and when i file a return complain and pickup man come my house he open that package and said me that it's not that product which you order, where is the original piece, I said him that how i bring original piece therefor i receive a old and damage piece and he gone without pick it. and then when i file return complain again they call me every updating and said me that are you have original product or not. if you not have Original product so i am close complain Automatically.
Now i am very frustrate and i want to knock door of Consumer court please help me my Amount held and product not in my use what i do please do everything which is needful for me. Order Detail Follows :
