I have purchased a microwave oven last year and its touch display was not working I have called to coustomer care on 23/7/2016. he visited and the part which was to be installed was ordered but not installed and without service and information my complaint was closed and after that I have mail the complaint but no action is being taken yet. The part order service no. was 4218255762.
I have the screenshots of msgs recived from Samsung nd bill copy and emails that I have complaint but uploading images are getting failed.
