Dear Sirs,

As CDMA services are going to be discontinued, and you are providing 4G Ready SIM card on same card FREE OF COST. Now it has been observed that, most of the galleries accross Mumbai are charging Rs.20/- to Rs.25/- for each card.
On my and my freind's visit to your Reliance Store on 29th May 2015 "LIMRA TELECOM" located at Shop No.3104/B Plot No.6, Gajanan Colony Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai-43 the fellow person at galary asked me for Rs.20/- When I told him that it is free of cost and I asked him to talk to customer care by calling on *333 and gave him the phon. He refused to talk and started scolding me and later told that card is finished. and told " JAA JO KARNA HAI KARLE "
Sir, is this the way gallery walas should beharve?? Rs.20/- is less amount, but you just imagine when it multiplies to countless customers every day. Because of one individual whole RELIANCE is blamed. You can cross check all the customers who have obtained sim card from this gallery.
Sir, I request you to take strict action, against such activities, and cancel their license, or appoint new franchise. I also request you to please give surprise visit to all galleries accross Mumbai, and do inspection of illegal activities.
Sir I need strict action against this and give me justice.
