Have not received 10 gb 3 g date by Reliance Communications

date 13-7-2016 .. i checked my main balance then i have received a flesh message ( 10 gb 3 g deta recharge 359 rs ) on my mobile . i saw this message and i recharged from 359 and i got a message recharge successful enjoy 2gb of 3g data valid for 28 days . i complain about this matter in reliance customer care but company not giving me full 10 gb date as per plan 359 . Reliance Communications charge me extra and bother me . so many friends are facing same problem . some times reliance company automatically activate value add service and charge from customers . this is a big fraud by Reliance Communications . please refund my money otherwise give my 3 g net balance .
