Aircel swiping my balance on my every recharge

My Mo. No. is 7040604468 (Bhamre Umesh Manik) from maharashtra. Sir, from 2-3 months aircel swipes balance on my every recharge. They activities any service without my permission and snafs balance. I complaint to customer care some time they refunds but from last 7-8 days i can't call them they are not accepting my call. 66+15 rs balance swipped within 10 days. Please take strong action against them.
