dealyed delivery of Royal enfield bike despite payment

i booked classic 350 from krishna motor agency, indore via CSD on 29th FEB 2016.i had given a demand draft of 1.2 lacs and was given a waiting period of 3 months for the bike by the dealar. i have contacted the dealer many times but he has been giving different excuses even after the completion of waiting period. even after 3 months and 23 days the dealer still cannot give a tentative date and says "he doesnt know" when he will be able to provide the bike.
