Complain for fraud case of policy bazar, purchase a policy through hdfc life

i have purchase a policy through hdfc life . but they are showing this policy is purchase through policy bazar .i have a puchase i policy through policy bazar but when i some one suggest me at the time of policy policy bazar make a commission, i have extra charges of policy . so i have cancel the policy , and again purchase directly hdfc life . but now my new policy is also showing that policy is purchase through policy bazar.
when i am asking there number of time they are always saying, i have send the consurn deparment they will call you back, but any one not conform me,
