Now respected Sir/ Madam,

I have already sent mail to airtel customer service but they did not respond it. with below reference number for amount has deducted 2-times in my account but recharge has not done. Total amount is 596.00 INR. Mobile Number: 99810-23926.

    Dear sir,

    Recharge has not processed on 01.08.2016 and i have tried 2-times, So 2-times amount has deducted from mine account for INR 596/-. After that i have used another recharge site "easy mobile recharge" for 1GB INR 249/- + INR 2-extra.

    Net banking reference for below successfull recharges from easy mobile recharges site.
