I have booked a DTH connection through Compare DTH. They have offered shoes with the new connection in Rs. 199/-. I have paid the amount of Rs. 199/- on 06.07.2016. Till then I have not received the Shoes, nor any information. I have tried the complaint number mention at the site, vide 011-45693517, but no avail. I think that the company involved in fake advertisement and snatch the money from the consumer. Please take appropriate steps.
