Order Containing Essential Protein High Resource Powder my mother who is a Cancer Patient
I had spoken www.easymedico.com customer service toll free number (I have recorded the conversation , which is attached for your reference )
As per the information provided to me by Pooja , the customer service representative .
The product was not available at their local market and they had to place an order/request for the order.
Latter the representative pooja advised me that The product is not available at their M.P outlet /Store however is available at their Kolkata outlet/Store and the same will be shipped today .
My complaint is that the company is completely non responsive to customers and cheats the customer showing the product as available however same is not available with them.
The website had shown the product "available " and has also mentioned delivery within "2- 4 days ".
Concern : The status of the product as on 23/04/2016 - (6 Days after placing the order ) still says " Not yet shipped " and the representative at the till free has stated that the product was not available - WHY WAS THE SAME PRODUCT SHOWN AVAILABLE WITH THE DELIVERY COMMITMENT OF 2-4 DAYS ?
I had requested to speak to the supervisor , Which was also declined saying that no supervisor is available . If you are running a call center (If it is professional ) How come no supervisor was available in a shift ?) I was promised a call back between 11 A.M to 12 Noon . No call has yet been made to me (It's 12.20 Already )
The complaint is the company is cheating customers on essentials like medical utilities and essentials by showing them available and however they are not available.
The product is still showing available on their website and they are cheating probably many more needy customers
