Urgent Help Needed for Flipkart Phone Order Issue - Suspected Fraud and Mismanagement

Hello Sir,

My name is Vivek. I had ordered a phone from Flipkart, the Infinix GT10 Pro (Mirage Silver, 256 GB), on 12th August 2023. As soon as I received the phone, it wasn't functioning properly, and there was an issue with the billing as well. I had paid Rs. 20,048, but I received a bill of Rs. 16,998. I've been calling Flipkart daily, and after a lot of time, they instructed me to visit a service center. I went to the service center, but even after trying multiple times, the issue persisted. Eventually, they provided me with a DOA certificate and took the phone back.

Since the day I purchased the phone, I've been calling Flipkart every day, but I haven't received any solution from their end. I'm seeking your help. If you wish, I can provide evidence of all the complaints I've made. Currently, I'm showing you the volume of my complaints. After each complaint, Flipkart marks it as "resolved," but the issue remains unresolved. Please assist me.
